Do you fall asleep “counting your blessings” or enumerating your woes? Throughout your day, do you habitually focus on the things that dissatisfy or dis-ease you, missing out on the joy of everyday moments and encounters? Or, are you someone who knows how important gratitude is to your health and well-being, someone who would like to take some time to join others in exploring the experience of gratitude? Whatever your gratitude habit is and whatever your spiritual tradition, you are warmly welcomed to this experiential, meditative day as an opportunity to reflect on and feel gratitude for what we have and to experience relief from the endless wants and worries of our busy minds.
The sessions are Sunday, October 16th: 10 a.m. to noon and 1 to 2:30 p.m. Eastern Time (Canada/US).
Admission is by donation.
